HOW DO YOU BECOME A REALTOR® MEMBER? Follow these easy steps and you're on your journey to success!

STEP 1: You will want to continue your career by affiliating yourself with a REALTOR® broker. One prerequisite to becoming a member of organized real estate is that your broker must first be a REALTOR® member. Keep this in mind when you‘re considering a real estate office for employment. Should you already work for a real estate firm that is not associated with the REALTOR® organization, have your broker contact one of the local Association of REALTORS® listed for membership information.

STEP 2: Now that you are affiliated with a REALTOR® broker, you can contact the Calaveras County Association of REALTORS® of which your broker is a member. Remember that brokers can be members of more than one local Association. Upon joining the local Association of REALTORS®, you also become a member of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
